Jay and the team at Showtime Fireworks really went the extra mile with my order and its subsequent delivery, I am delighted. Their stock of firework brands is excellent and the ability to watch videos of the products really helps with choosing the right ones. On the night, the fireworks themselves were excellent and added a real wow factor to our small garden family display. Come here every year to stock up for Guy Fawkes and New Years. Best fireworks shop in London for both product quality and price. I was working nearby and I bumped into Jay from Showtime Fireworks. After visiting the showroom, I had a clear mind what I wanted to purchase. Jay kindly explained the differences between the fireworks and created a bespoke package for me. I knew immediately that his deal was competitive and worked out better than buying individually. I purchased Vivid - Reapers (10) Rockets, Vivid - VSR2 (6) Rockets, The Asylum - (9) Cake/Shot Box. He even threw in few extra Sparklers for the kids. 100% RECOMMEND!! We travelled all the way from Reading for fireworks for extravagant fireworks for a wedding. They definitely exceeded expectations. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Fireworks were honestly out of this world. Prices were reasonable. Honestly if you ask me, the best in the game. They really added the wow factor to our event. The fireworks were later mentioned on Facebook by locals who caught the show on their ring camera streets away. They really lit up the sky. Went to pyro headz today for the first time. when i got there i was impressed with the selection of fireworks that they had. They stock some good brands like klasek, primed and vivid. Always get my fireworks from these guys as I get good quality fireworks and their recommendations always leaves me happy.  I like to get a firework display in a box as the fireworks are great and leaves less mess in the garden. This was our first time using showtime fireworks and we were skeptical to change shops at first. We also left it late to order so wasn't expecting to receive anything fast. Amazing! Is all we can say. We ordered a significant amount of fireworks on Monday evening, I called the shop to confirm a delivery date and they were delivered the following day on the Tuesday! Which we did not expect and we're very grateful. Communication was great throughout.. if they missed my call, they called back, letting me know when they were estimated to arrive, and when they were outside. Friendly service from start to finish. Max delivered the fireworks and couldn't do enough for us. Some were very heavy so he carried them inside. We order every year and will be ordering again from showtime fireworks for sure. The legend Jay and his team are fantastic they look after you very well and prices are amazing. Best firework shop in West London look no further for all ocassions. After today's purchase I can honestly say I found my Fireworks shop for life. Very professional and friendly staff who provide a full specification of the product including a live video. Variety of choice of the leading fireworks manufacturers is the best warranty that you won't leave the shop unhappy. In comparison with my last year's purchase somewhere else I feel like I got twice as much fireworks for the similar price. Good selection of fireworks and employees willing to go the extra mile. Delivered fireworks to Surrey in person  to ensure they arrived on time despite storm Ceiran producing terrible  weather. Unfortunately my doorbell was not working and I did not hear them. I apologised to the shop who agreed to deliver the following night for no further charge. Amazing! Amazing shop! And service! Came across the Shop in search for a few bits that nobody had but this shop did! And on offer! Great deals! Spent hours in the shop because I felt welcomed enough being there, as a small pyro head myself, Raj was a great help on whats what, gave some amazing deals too! What can I say, absolutely banging. (pun intended) Was served by Hamik who was nice, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in what I wanted. Excellent prices, we came away with more than we thought we would for the money we had. They have videos of most of their fireworks so you can see what they do. Has a small carpark for 2 cars but is also opposite sainsburys carpark. ** They are moving everything to their Befont store early 2023 so phone first to see if they are still there. Thanks to Jay going above and beyond with his customer service and great recommendations, my family and friends enjoyed a special Halloween fireworks display prior to the second lockdown. It’s been a difficult year, but pyro headz selection of displays, rockets and cakes bring back the good times outside safely together. Brilliant and extremely friendly service along with an amazing array/selection of fireworks (if not one of  the best I have ever seen, from a Pyro head myself). I am from around Watford, and traveled all the way to Howslow to Pyroheads on a Friday evening, as most firework shops around me were only offering click and collect or delivery due to Covid. This shop were so in line with all requirements of Covid, most sales people were wearing masks, no one was allowed into the showroom, most had to have a click and collect order, or had to order through their app (easily attainable from their well advertised QR code.) I dont usually post but on this occasion I feel I have to.   I went to pyroheadz for the first time this year and I am sure it will not be the last.  The knowledge they had on each and every firework they had for sale and the videos they had to back it up.    The prices are good and pretty much unbeatable.
